Bets are final once confirmed. Sports betting settlement follows official results and defined void-bet rules. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer actions.

Fraud, collusion, use of bots, multiple accounts, and abuse of promotions are all grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. 2 jbat investigates all suspected violations.
2 jbat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2 jbat ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 2 jbat, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 2 jbat platform.
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document and wherever they appear on the 2 jbat platform:
Registration and use of 2 jbat is subject to the following eligibility requirements. These are not negotiable and 2 jbat enforces them actively:
2 jbat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. We may suspend a player's ability to withdraw funds while verification is pending. If age cannot be confirmed, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
When you register on 2 jbat, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and an active email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
2 jbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal – and potentially at other stages as determined by our compliance team – you will be asked to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a passport, or a driving licence. We may also request proof of payment method, such as a screenshot of your mobile wallet or a bank statement.
Verification documents are reviewed as quickly as possible. During the review period, your ability to withdraw may be temporarily restricted. Depositing and playing during this period is not affected unless there is a specific compliance hold on your account. If your submitted documents are rejected, you will be notified with a reason and given the opportunity to resubmit.
You are responsible for keeping your 2 jbat login credentials – your username and password – secure and confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 2 jbat support immediately. We will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
2 jbat operates under clear, transparent Terms and Conditions across all its games.
All deposits and withdrawals on 2 jbat are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on 2 jbat, and players are not subject to conversion fees. Your account balance at all times reflects PKR amounts.
Deposits: The minimum deposit on 2 jbat is Rs 500. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits typically reflect in your account within 30 to 60 seconds of confirmation. IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. 2 jbat does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on 2 jbat is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:
2 jbat reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. These checks are part of our standard compliance procedures and are not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part.
If a 2 jbat account has no login activity for 12 consecutive months and carries a positive balance, it will be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 will be applied to dormant accounts until either the player returns and uses the account, or the balance reaches zero. Players are notified by email before dormant status is applied and again before any fee is charged.
Sports bets on 2 jbat are accepted subject to the following rules. Once a bet has been confirmed – and you have received a confirmation reference – it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
Bet acceptance: 2 jbat reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion. This includes situations where there is suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage activity, or system errors in odds. Bets placed after the official start time of an event (for pre-match markets) will be voided regardless of the outcome.
Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In cricket, if a match is officially abandoned without any result declared under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent method, all match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. If a result is declared by DL method, bets are settled on that result. In football, matches abandoned after kick-off but before 90 minutes are generally voided unless the governing body declares an official result.
Accumulator bets: If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the void leg is removed from the accumulator and the bet is resettled with the remaining legs. The overall potential return is recalculated accordingly.
Errors in odds: If odds are published in error due to a technical fault or human error, 2 jbat reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned. This is a protective measure for both the platform and the player and will be applied consistently.
Casino games on 2 jbat – including slots, table games, and live dealer games – operate under the rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading the rules of each game before playing. By placing a bet in any casino game on 2 jbat, you confirm that you understand how that game operates.
The outcome of RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games is determined by certified random number generation software. The results are independent and fair. 2 jbat does not interfere with RNG outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.
Live casino games are hosted by professional dealers in certified studios. The physical actions of the dealer – dealing cards, spinning wheels, rolling dice – determine the outcome. 2 jbat live dealer games are subject to the same house edge and RTP published in the game description. Disconnections from a live game during a round where a bet has already been placed will be settled based on the round's official outcome, which is always recorded server-side by the studio provider.
In the event of a technical error during a casino game session that prevents a round from completing normally, 2 jbat's standard position is to void the round and return the bet to the player's account. Where a round was completed successfully server-side but a display error occurred on the player's device, the server record is considered the authoritative result.

2 jbat offers promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programs. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2 jbat. Violations will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
2 jbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include – but are not limited to – violation of any clause of these Terms, failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 2 jbat support. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in real money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal timelines.
Where an account is closed by 2 jbat due to a violation of these Terms, any balance – including real money deposits that have not been wagered – may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation determines that no violations occurred, the balance will be returned. If violations are confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
Accounts closed through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process are subject to different rules than standard closures. A self-excluded player who attempts to re-register on 2 jbat before their exclusion period expires will have any new accounts closed and any winnings on those accounts voided.
2 jbat is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way of dealing with personal difficulties. These Terms include the following responsible gaming commitments and obligations:
Player-controlled tools: Every 2 jbat account includes access to deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (from 6 months to permanent). These tools are available in account settings and take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the specific tool.
Limit reductions: Any request to reduce an existing deposit limit or apply a cooling-off period takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect – this delay is intentional and protects players from impulsive decisions.
Self-exclusion: Once self-exclusion is applied on a 2 jbat account, the player will be prevented from logging in and all marketing communications from 2 jbat will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires. The minimum self-exclusion period on 2 jbat is 6 months. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion application will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, or create derivative works from any 2 jbat content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 2 jbat's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
2 jbat provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity problems, or any circumstances outside our direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2 jbat's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of funds in that player's account at the time the relevant incident occurred.
Nothing in these Terms limits 2 jbat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint after our internal process is complete, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body. Details of the applicable process will be provided at the conclusion of the internal complaint stage.
2 jbat may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 2 jbat will provide advance notice via email to registered players and/or a prominent notification on the platform.
Your continued use of the 2 jbat platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any bets already confirmed at the time a change takes effect will be settled under the Terms that were in place when the bet was placed.
